The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification. The work area is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated. Use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations is needed. The work environment involves everyday risk of discomforts associated with excessive standing, computer monitor use and cash handling. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. This position involves some walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying of light items and pushing a wheeled cart up to 500 pounds. This position requires that the team member be able to stand for long periods of time, up to five (5) hours without a break, to ensure adequate guest service standards are maintained. Complies with all state, company and department regulations, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with said regulations.

Performs administrative duties by way of accurate data entry, receiving and forwarding messages and communicating with other departments.

Maintains accountability for, and security of, all currency and keys within his/her control.

Fills and reconciles slot redemption kiosks on the gaming floor, which includes pushing a cart with cash cassettes that will weigh between 250 and 500 pounds.Provides professional, efficient and accurate guest service to internal and external guests.Handles large sums of cash, coin and chips.
